Reforged Labs has closed

After three years, we have made the decision to close Reforged Labs.

We started the company to build AI creative tools for mobile game studios. During that time, we worked with some of the largest studios in the industry, whose teams collectively spend more than $500 million a year on advertising.

Our customers showed us that the problem was real, and several signed six-figure contracts. But the number of studios operating at that scale was smaller than we needed it to be, and our attempts to expand beyond gaming did not work well enough. At the same time, advances in AI made many of these capabilities easier for sophisticated teams to build themselves. We ultimately concluded that Reforged Labs was not going to become the venture-scale company we had set out to build.

Thank you to our customers for trusting us, to our team in Vietnam and the United States for everything they built, and to Y Combinator, DCM Ventures, Epakon Capital, our angel investors, and everyone else who supported the company.
